"Paul drew up plans for a four car garage with apt above which was connected to the main house by a large porch. The large porch functioned as a breezeway and an outdoor kitchen area. This garage addition and porch was to adjoin a large 1911 historic home which had been totally restored. The design required careful attention to integrate into the existing features of the main house. Paul did a fantastic job and had every attention to detail needed for the project. He worked tirelessly in perfecting the design. He also did research to help guide our decision making with regard to functionality as well as proper form. In addition, the fees charged were quite reasonable and He certainly always went the extra mile for the project. My wife and I are extremely proud of the project and Paul was a vital part of making our dream house come true."
